Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I know what organization I am supporting?  By choosing the school, then the organizations within the school determines where the profits are directed.
  • What is Save For Later? If you have taken the time to customize an item, but are not sure if you want to order right now, you can Save for Later within the Shopping Cart. This puts those Save for Later items on hold and you can order other items immediately.
  • Will these items always be available? No - there will be a limited period of time the site will offer these items. The time frame is listed on the first page of each organization.
  • What if I don't want to customize an item?  Most items can be purchased with just the logo, but you must go through the Customization process and leave that area blank. You might need to delete the default text (i.e."Your Text Here"). Then by updating the preview you'll see your item with just the logo.   
  • Where do I pickup my items? At the top of the Shopping Cart Page, you will find a list of organizations and their pickup locations.
  • Can I pay for these items other than by Credit Card? Sorry, payment is accepted by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at the time of the order. Orders not paid in full will not be fulfilled.
  • Who do I contact with questions on my order or if I have any problems?  Please contact SCP Group at 724-981-5220 ext 103 or at info@scpgroup.net.
  • May I buy larger bulk quantities at a discounted price? Yes, quantities of five or more of the same item may qualify for a discount. Please contact SCP Group at 724-981-5220 ext 103 or at info@scpgroup.net.
  • Can I change my order? Yes, items in the shopping cart can be changed until submitted. Click the pencil icon to the right of the item to make any changes. Items may be removed permanently from the cart as well using the "X" icon.
